Calendar or Event Request
If you’d like to reserve a space for an event, please follow the steps below.
1) Email YOUR designated admin to request the event reservation on your school/department calendar. (Grammar – Amelia or Beverly, Logic – Alicia, Rhetoric – Catherine, Athletics – Robin, Fine Arts – Suzie) Include the location, date, time and purpose of the event. If you need time to set-up or tear-down, please include that information.
2) The space is NOT reserved until you receive confirmation. If you don’t get a response, kindly remind them.
3) Once you have confirmation your event is reserved on the calendar, complete this form if you need IT help.
4) If facilities assistance is needed, please complete the paper facilities request form.
If you’re having problems with the technology in your space or would like an update or new software, please click here.
If you need something fixed in your area or if you’d like something updated by our facilities team, please complete the new “Facilities Request” paper form.
