Geneva senior Katelyn Davis signed to play NCAA Division I soccer at Louisiana Tech University on National Signing Day. Katelyn committed her junior year to play for Louisiana Tech and was surrounded by family and friends as she made it official on Wednesday, November 14 in the Geneva Gym. Katelyn is a 2017-2018 Academic All-State recipient, All-District 1st Team, All-State 2nd Team and was selected to the San Antonio Express-News All-Area Team. Katelyn was selected to play in the South Texas Olympic Development Program Region III Team in 2015, 2016 and 2017. Katelyn is active in many charitable organizations and has received the President’s Volunteer Service Award for outstanding leadership in the area of community service and is a member of the National Honor Society. Katelyn volunteers in the San Antonio local community and is the recipient of the Girl Scouts Bronze, Silver and Gold Awards.
