What is the most influential book you have read besides the Bible? Why?
The most influential book I’ve read is Beowulf, which we read in grammar school.  This book is the book that ignited love for reading good books.

What is your favorite or funniest moment at Geneva?
My favorite Geneva moment is the experience I had my freshman year when we won the State Championship in football.  It was a once in a lifetime experience I’ll never forget.

What will you miss most when you leave Geneva?
When I leave Geneva I will miss the deep friendships and personal relationships I have with each of the members of the class of 2023.  Having such a small class, many of whom have been together since kindergarten is pretty rare.

Who has influenced you most while at Geneva? How?
Coach Champion was really influential in my early days of playing football.  He cared about me not only as an athlete but also as a person.

What does being a Geneva student mean to you?
Being a Geneva student means being a part of a special community.  As cheesy as it sounds, it also means receiving a unique education that has set me up to be a lifelong learner.  A Geneva education really is a gift that I know I’ll only continue to appreciate more and more each year after graduation.

How would you encourage a Geneva kindergartener to persevere in school?
Always be grateful for the community you are a part of.  Keep your eyes focused on the future you’re striving toward while living every moment now to the fullest.

What about Geneva do you hope never changes?
I hope Geneva continues to value each student as an individual.  That is what makes it so unique.  When teachers care, students care.
