What is the most influential book you have read besides the Bible? Why?

The Giver, it really shows what can become of society if we don’t follow our dreams and our loves.

What is your favorite or funniest moment at Geneva?

My favorite/funniest moment must be the time I walked straight into a door in the orchestra room.

What will you miss most when you leave Geneva?

I will miss the teachers and the atmosphere. I said it when I first toured the school, but I always felt like this was a summer camp, the teachers know you personally and are all energetic or happy for the days and want you to have a good day.

Who has influenced you most while at Geneva, How?

I’d say all my teachers have done something that’s influenced me.

What does being a Geneva student mean to you?

Maturity, at Geneva almost all kids here have a want to accomplish and want to succeed.

How would you encourage a Geneva kindergartner to persevere in school?

Find something you like right now. Build off that more and more as you grow older. Say you want to be a football player. Okay, start playing the sport and get to know it. Soon when you are in high school, maybe you’ll want to coach football or broadcast it.

What about Geneva do you hope never changes?

The summer camp feel. Every kid should feel happy or at least have some sense of ease as they walk onto campus. And I for one feel that the campus does this in perfection fashion. I don’t feel as stressed as I used to when id walks onto that huge high school ground. Here I’m happy to walk the boardwalk.
