The Association of Texas Small School Bands (ATSSB) held their Region 29 Jazz Band auditions at Fredericksburg High School on September 12, 2026. Geneva sophomore Mark Luffy auditioned on Tenor Saxophone and was chosen as First Chair for the Region Jazz Band. This is the third year in a row that he has been selected for a seat in the Jazz Band. He will perform with the Region Jazz Band in February.
