Key Dates to Admissions

Open House dates are listed below.  We invite you to complete the Inquiry / Open House Form to register for your preferred date or request an invitation for our Virtual Open House. As your selected date approaches, you will receive an email with Open House event details. We look forward to hosting you on campus!

Events held on campus are from 8:00am to 10:30am:

• October 3, 2025
• October 24, 2025
• December 5, 2025
• February 6, 2026
• March 27, 2026

Note: The virtual Open House option is reserved for families who are unable to attend in person.

Key application dates:

November 1 – 2026-2027 Application opens

January 9 – Round 1 deadline (to be considered in Round 1, application with all accompanying documents must be submitted by this date)

January 24 – On campus student assessment day for Grammar School applicants

March 5 – Round 1 admissions notifications received by families

March 20 – Round 2 deadline (to be considered in Round 2, application with all accompanying documents must be submitted by this date)

May 1 – Round 2 admissions notifications received by families

May 22 – Round 3 deadline (to be considered in Round 3, application with all accompanying documents must be submitted by this date)

June 26 – Round 3 admissions notifications received by families

Grades KP-4 – Grade level assessment at Geneva
