The Geneva varsity volleyball team claimed the TAPPS district championship with a win (25-21, 25-13, 28-26) over San Antonio Lutheran High School on Senior Night. Seniors Amy Ambelang and Aimée Metzger were honored, along with their parents, for their contribution to Eagles volleyball over their high school careers.
The Eagles finished the regular season with a 23-7 season record. They will host Houston Northland Christian at 6pm on Tuesday, October 30, in the area round of the TAPPS 4A playoffs.
