Geneva School of Boerne senior Nicolas Siller received the Good Citizen Award from the George R. Kendall Chapter of the National Society of Daughters of the American Revolution. He was selected for his qualities of dependability, service, leadership and patriotism and received a $1,000 scholarship as well as a Good Citizen pin.

Only one senior at each Boerne high school per year may be honored as a DAR Good Citizen. This program and scholarship contest is intended to encourage and reward the qualities of good citizenship. The program is open to all senior class students enrolled in accredited public or private secondary schools. DAR Good Citizens who enter the scholarship contest are eligible for the awards beyond the chapter level.
