CURRENT FAMILIES
Step 1: Complete the online FACTS Financial Aid Management application here. There is an application fee of $45, and families must reapply each year.
November 3, 2025 – Online application for 2026-27 opens
December 16, 2025 – Priority Deadline*
*Online application must be complete by the deadline, including all required tax documents.
Step 2: Upload your most recent (2024 or 2025) tax return, including ALL forms and schedules, to the FACTS Financial Aid Management application. FACTS now has an IRS integration feature to facilitate this process. Applications are not complete and therefore cannot be considered by the Tuition Assistance Committee until all required tax returns, forms and schedules are received by FACTS Financial Aid Management. Click to learn more about the filing requirements for FACTS Financial Aid Management.
Step 3: Check email regularly for any follow up communication from FACTS Financial Aid Management regarding the status of your application.
Step 4: The Texas legislature recently established Education Freedom Accounts (EFA) to provide funds for qualifying students’ educational expenses. Geneva intends to accept EFA monies for tuition payments, however, the rules of the program have not been finalized. Please see the attached overview here for more information. The EFA applications are expected to be opened in January 2026 with funds being awarded in March 2026 and a first payment made by July 2026.
Geneva requires all Geneva tuition assistance applicants to also apply for EFA funds and choose Geneva School of Boerne as the qualifying school. Families must submit proof of EFA application submission early in 2026 (date TBD). Failure to provide this proof will result in a withdrawal of Geneva tuition assistance awards. If a family is awarded EFA funds, the tuition assistance award will be reduced by the amount of the funds awarded.
For those who submit the application and all supporting documents by the priority deadline, tuition assistance decisions will be communicated via email during the online reenrollment period in January.
PROSPECTIVE FAMILIES
Admission and tuition assistance applications are separate, and prospective families should complete both applications at the same time. Families will be advised of the tuition assistance decision after the applicant has received an offer of admission.
