We welcome Keith McCurdy to Geneva School of Boerne for a parenting workshop where he will follow up on his introduction to “Building Sturdy Kids.”
This FREE workshop will take place at Geneva School of Boerne on Friday, October 2 from 6:00-8:00pm and Saturday, October 3 from 8:00am-12:00pm. It is open to the public.
Drinks and light snacks will be served.
Keith A. McCurdy, M.A., Ed. S is a family and parenting educator and consultant, a licensed professional counselor, and a licensed marriage and family therapist in the state of Virginia. He has worked with more than 20,000 families, children, parents, and individuals for over 30 years in the field of mental health.
He has developed “Raising Sturdy Kids” parenting workshops to help parents equip their children to thrive.
A significant part of McCurdy’s work is helping parents understand the need to allow their children to experience healthy struggle as a way of learning to do hard things.
Keith’s primary focus is helping others better understand how a therapeutic worldview, and often psychology itself, has undermined morality, healthy family functioning.
